These Terms of Use govern access to the REAB website, mobile applications and services. In these Terms, “REAB,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business providing the REAB service, and “you” refers to the person using it. Our services include learning and creator tools, courses, short videos called Bytes, articles, community interactions, messaging, subscriptions, social publishing and mini apps.
By creating an account or using a service that asks you to accept these Terms, you agree to them. If you use REAB for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 12 years old to create a REAB account and meet any higher age requirement that applies where you live or to a particular feature. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you may use REAB only with any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law. Paid transactions, creator payouts and regulated third-party services may have additional age and identity requirements.
Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Keep passwords, verification codes and account access secure. Do not share one-time codes with another person or use someone else's account. Tell us promptly at support@reab.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must not impersonate another person, provide false identity or payment information, or create accounts to avoid a restriction. We may request information needed to verify identity, eligibility, ownership or authority to act for a business. An account or verification badge does not guarantee a user's qualifications or the accuracy of their content.
2. Using REAB
You may use REAB for the purposes and within the access limits offered to your account. Features, supported countries, languages, prices and availability may differ by device, account, plan and provider. Some tools are offered as previews or waitlists. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, access, approval or any financial benefit.
Learning content, certificates, search summaries, recommendations and AI-assisted responses are for general information and education. They may contain mistakes and do not guarantee an accredited qualification, employment, income or a particular learning result. Check information before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection and any mobile data charges. Keep your software current and use the device and security permissions requested for a feature only when you are comfortable doing so.
3. Content you create or share
You retain the ownership rights you have in videos, courses, articles, images, comments, messages, profile information and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material and allow REAB to process it. This includes permission from people whose private information, image or work you include, where required.
You grant REAB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transcode, format, display and deliver your content for operating the service and the features you choose. This includes technical copies, thumbnails and previews, and processing by service providers acting for REAB. Public content may appear in feeds, search, recommendations and previews of REAB pages. Audience settings apply to content you keep private; this license does not authorize public promotion of private messages without your separate permission.
Other users may interact with, share or save public content using available features. Public content may also be indexed or copied outside REAB. Before posting, check the audience setting and avoid sharing information you do not want others to see. Do not treat private content or messages as a guaranteed confidential or end-to-end encrypted channel.
You may remove content using available controls or contact support for assistance. Removal can take time to reach caches, backups and connected services. Copies already shared or downloaded by others may remain. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, security, disputes or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Community conduct and safety
You must not use REAB to:
- violate the law, intellectual property rights, privacy or other rights;
- threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against or exploit another person;
- distribute child sexual abuse material, promote exploitation of minors, or publish unlawful sexual or violent material;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, run deceptive promotions or misuse payment, referral or reward systems;
- send spam, manipulate views or engagement, or misuse reporting and moderation tools;
- upload malware, obtain unauthorized access, defeat access controls or interfere with the service;
- scrape or collect other users' personal information without authorization or a lawful basis; or
- redistribute paid or restricted content without permission.
Any additional content rules presented in the service apply to the relevant feature. We may use user reports, automated tools and human review to investigate violations. We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
We may act immediately where delay would create a risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain an action and allow you to ask for review through support. We do not promise to detect every violation or review every item before it is published.
5. Courses, creators and paid access
Creators are responsible for their content, its accuracy, required permissions and promises they make to learners. REAB may review content but does not endorse every creator or verify every statement. Reviews and ratings reflect contributors' opinions.
A course or other paid item gives you access on the conditions shown in its offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, access is a personal license to use the item through REAB; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale, copying for others or public exhibition. Access periods, downloads, included materials and usage limits depend on the particular offer.
Creator, instructor, affiliate and promotional programs may have additional conditions, including eligibility, commission calculations, approval, payout timing, tax information, refunds and restrictions on self-referrals or fraudulent activity. Review the program terms before participating. Earnings estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for taxes and disclosures that apply to you, except amounts REAB must withhold or collect by law.
6. Prices, payments and subscriptions
Before confirming a purchase, check the price, currency, applicable fees and taxes, product, billing period and any renewal or trial conditions. You authorize the payment you confirm and, where clearly disclosed and accepted, recurring subscription charges. Payment providers and app stores may apply their own payment and billing terms.
An automatically renewing subscription continues until cancelled according to the purchase terms. Cancel through the billing controls provided for that subscription or through the Apple App Store, Google Play or other store where you purchased it. Uninstalling an app, signing out or stopping use does not by itself cancel a store subscription. If you cannot find the cancellation control, contact support before your next renewal.
The offer and applicable law determine when cancellation takes effect, whether paid access continues and whether a refund is due. Trial conversion, promotional pricing and price changes must be assessed against the conditions shown when you subscribe and any later notice required by law.
For a refund or billing issue, contact support@reab.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Purchases made through an app store may require a request to that store. Refund eligibility depends on the product, the conditions disclosed for that purchase, delivery or use, and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not establish one refund window for every REAB product and do not remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.
We may restrict unpaid access if a charge fails, is reversed or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Do not provide full card numbers, passwords or one-time banking codes in a support message.
7. Mini apps and partner services
Mini apps may have additional terms and privacy notices linked within the feature or in our policy directory. Specific terms govern that mini app where they differ from these general Terms. A partner may provide or fulfill part of a service under its own conditions.
Mobile top-up
Check the recipient's number, country, network, amount, currency and total charge before confirming. Top-ups depend on payment review, fulfillment providers and mobile operators. Incorrect recipient details can prevent delivery or send value to the wrong number. A completed top-up may not be reversible; delivery, correction and refund rights depend on the provider, purchase conditions and applicable law. Contact support with the transaction reference if delivery fails or is delayed.
eSIM and connectivity
Before buying an eSIM or data plan, check device compatibility, unlocking requirements, coverage, activation rules, validity and data allowance. Network coverage and speed depend on the provider and local conditions. An activated or used plan may have different refund conditions from an unused plan, as disclosed for the purchase and permitted by law.
Deen and location tools
Deen may offer religious content, prayer times, Qibla direction, reminders and nearby-location tools. Results depend on your selected location, calculation settings, time zone and device sensors. Check settings and use your judgment; information may differ from local practice or trusted religious authorities. Location and notification features may require device permission.
Wallet features, balances and waitlists
A wallet waitlist records interest in a potential service and does not create a bank account, deposit, payment entitlement or investment. If a mini app offers a balance or service credit, its displayed terms determine permitted uses, fees, expiry, refunds and any withdrawal rights. Do not assume a REAB balance is a bank deposit, insured money or freely transferable cash.
8. Connected platforms and AI-assisted tools
When you connect an external account, you authorize the permissions shown in that connection flow. If you choose to publish through REAB, you authorize transmission of the selected content and necessary information to that platform. Its terms and privacy notice then apply to the external copy. Disconnecting a platform stops the connection as supported by its controls but does not automatically remove posts already sent there.
AI-assisted features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Do not submit information you lack authority to share. Review generated material before using or publishing it. We may also use automated systems for recommendations, security and moderation as explained in our Privacy Policy. Decisions and outputs can be challenged through support where applicable.
9. REAB intellectual property and infringement reports
REAB and its licensors retain rights in the service software, design, brand and content they own. You receive a limited right to access and use the service under these Terms. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit it without permission, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.
If you believe material infringes your rights, email support@reab.com with the material's URL or identifier, a description of your rights, the reason for your complaint and contact information. Include evidence of your authority to act if you represent someone else. We may request further information and notify the affected user where appropriate. Do not submit knowingly false complaints.
10. Availability, changes and ending access
We take reasonable care in operating REAB, but maintenance, network problems, security incidents and provider interruptions may affect access. We may update features or discontinue a service, subject to existing paid-access commitments and applicable law. We will give notice when required.
You may stop using REAB and request account deletion through available settings or support. Cancel paid subscriptions separately through their billing provider. Closing an account does not erase completed transactions, cancel debts or automatically remove external copies of content. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful use, fraud or a material security risk. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond. Payment obligations, rights needed to resolve disputes and other provisions that reasonably need to continue survive account closure.
11. Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free user content or a specific learning, financial or other outcome. We are responsible for our own obligations under these Terms and applicable law. We do not control independent creators, external platforms, mobile networks or payment providers, and their actions may affect services you choose to use.
You are responsible for losses arising from your unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms to the extent applicable law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such protection applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
12. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these Terms for changes to services, business practices or law. The current version and effective date appear on this page. We will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. If you do not agree to an applicable update, stop using the affected service and cancel any renewal through the appropriate billing provider.
If a dispute arises, contact support@reab.com with the relevant account or transaction reference so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require you to waive access to a court, regulator or consumer protection process available under applicable law. Governing law and court jurisdiction are determined by applicable law, including any mandatory protections where you live.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right. For account, billing, content or legal questions, contact support@reab.com.
